TPSA held workshops to highlight the positive gender- and environment-related outcomes due to project activities.
- Technical assistance to overcome gender-based barriers to trade, including leadership skills, access to capital, and access to markets and market information.
- Capacity building of the Ministry of Trade on gender analysis, gender-responsive planning and budgeting, and gender-sensitive value chain analysis.
- Improved IWAPI website to enhance membership.
- Raised awareness of how environmental sustainability affects international trade and investment.
- Training of trainers and lead farmers on environmentally friendly coffee farming and processing.
- Training and technical assistance based on ILO’s SCORE-(Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprise) resource efficiency and cleaner production program for apparel and footwear SMEs.
