The TPSA Ottawa team travelled to Indonesia to undertake a three-week mission as a first step to preparing a detailed work plan. During the mission, the TPSA team met with key project stakeholders to identify training needs. A draft work plan describing how the project activities will be undertaken and managed was developed and the resources needed to carry out project activities were identified. TPSA gender equality and environmental sustainability experts met with key Indonesian stakeholders to discuss gender and environment strategies.
